The Garden of Apennine Flora is a space dedicated to study, education and the sharing of knowledge, where scientific research, environmental education and active participation come together.

Italian Society of Vegetation Science (SISV) – practical workshops on vegetation sampling, monitoring and analysis methodologies; seminars on plant species conservation and natural habitat management; field activities (botanical excursions, floristic and vegetation surveys).
Botanic Gardens Conservation International (BGCI) – collaboration in international initiatives for the conservation of plant biodiversity and the development of global scientific policies; participation in ex situ and in situ conservation programmes for threatened species; exchange of best practices among botanical gardens and research centres; capacity building and training activities on conservation strategies and the management of living collections; contribution to international databases and networks on plant conservation; development of educational and outreach projects on plant protection and the importance of plant biodiversity.
